TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Any purchases You make on this site will be governed by (i) a pre-existing master agreement fully executed by both parties or (ii) by Weatherford’s standard terms and conditions that can be found www.weatherford.com/t&c. Your acknowledgment of these terms will be required for each purchase. Additionally, you will be required to complete an end user declaration prior to completion of each purchase. Weatherford reserves the right to reject or cancel any purchases at its sole discretion, including where the agreement of terms or completion of the end user declaration is not deemed acceptable by Weatherford.

Cybersecurity

You shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and Organizational measures for the protection of its information technology systems, operational technology systems, hardware, networks, internet-enabled applications, and the data contained stored in such systems ("IT Assets") from any unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, loss or theft ("Security Breach"). Further, You shall notify Weatherford immediately after becoming aware of a Security Breach which involves IT Assets that contain information or data relating to Weatherford or its employees. You shall take all reasonable steps to mitigate and remediate a Security Breach in accordance with applicable law.

Account and Password

When You register for and use the site, You are doing so as an authorized representative on behalf of Your Organization, and You represent that You have the full power, authority and legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions and to make binding decisions on behalf of Your Organization. Any account granted through the site will be for use by You only on behalf of Your Organization.

Your account will have an assigned user name and password that You should not share with any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your user name and password at all times. You and Your Organization are solely responsible for all transactions, communications and acts or omissions that occur through the use of Your user name and password by You or any person or entity using a password provided to You, whether or not such access or use has been authorized by You or Your Organization.

Both You and Your Organization are responsible for notifying Weatherford and requesting deactivation of Your account if desired. Weatherford will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with the provisions of this section. If You believe that someone has used Your account to access the site, You must contact us immediately.

Availability

Access to the site may be unavailable without notice at certain times, including (without limitation) when systems require maintenance or upgrades, or in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
